In USSR: in 1951-55s building of schools in towns and villages will be increased by 70% comparing to the previous 5-year period. In USA: 1% of budget is assigned to education and 74% for military expenses. In USA there are over 10 billion of illiterate people; about one third of all children do not go to school.
