Зоркий-4, который я приобрёл некоторое время назад, оказался без приёмной катушки (стандартные к нему не подходят), поэтому сообразил вот такой экспромт из 2мл одноразового шприца:

Вообще-то, шприцы и капельницы - стандартные источники всяких пластиковых трубочек :)
